Concept
The task was implemented in two ways. At the same time, photography and theater and drama workshops took place. Photographic workshops were mainly dedicated to the Deaf / hearing impaired due to their perceptiveness and observation skills, these people feel great in such areas as photography, film, visual arts. In turn, people with sight disabilities appreciate working with words and literary texts, hence a drama and theater group. The effect of the project was to show art based on the novel “Heart of Darkness”. The stage design consisted of photos taken at photographic workshops.
Implementation
The two-day photographic workshop was held on 30.09-01.10.2017 at the Bemowski Centrum Kultury. The rehearsals of the drama and theater group took place in the Polish Association of the Blind.
The result of work at photographic workshops are pictures taken by participants, which also served as a stage design for a performance staged by people from the theater and drama group.
